"What Do We Talk about When We Talk about Jewish Food?"

Nostalgia, deli, bagels, chicken soup? What about sustainable farming, food production ethics, Crisco? Food scholars Rachel B. Gross of San Francisco State University and Adrienne Krone of Allegheny College will discuss the history of Jewish food and consider questions that researchers are currently asking.
