 Fallen Soldiers and those who have died in terror attacks. The ceremony wi
 ll be facilitated by Israeli shlicha Rotem Bar and a delegation from Yoav\
 , the Lehigh Valley's Partnership community in Israel.\n\nServices will be
  held at 7:15 p.m. prior to the 7:30 p.m. ceremony. The public is welcome 
 to attend.
