Based on Jewish traditions and holidays, instruction will be simple, informative, but most of all fun! The class schedule is as follows: Tuesday, January 15 - Borscht. Tuesday, February 19 - Hamentashen. Tuesday, March 19 - Matzah ball soup, charoset & possibly a flourless chocolate cake. Thursday, May 19 - cheesecake and blintzes. The cost is $20 per class.
