Brought to you by Adults at the J! Let's face it, we live in a very stressful world where life just moves too fast. Occasionally, we all need to take a break, slow down, and focus on what matters. Playing djembe drums can help do that and more. Moe Jerant, drummer, percussionist and teacher, will be our facilitator.
